Official Event Guide

Everything you need to know to prepare for the challenge.

Event Timeline

Participation Steps

  1. Gather a minimum of 5 athletes (any fitness level).
  2. Choose your category (6 hr or 12 hr).
  3. Register substitutes in advance (optional).
  4. Arrive ready to compete and raise funds.

What to Expect

  • Equipment: All essential equipment is provided (ergs, weights, etc.). You bring your own running/rucking gear.
  • Support: Each team gets a designated station area. Medical and volunteer support are available throughout.
  • Massage services on-site.
  • Mandatory lunch stop with guest speakers & community mixer.
  • Atmosphere: A relaxed, athlete-focused atmosphere with a steady flow of activity. Spectators are welcome and free to attend.
  • Facilities: Restrooms and water stations are readily accessible.
  • Spectators welcome—friends/family can cheer and donate (no spectator tickets).

Team & Scoring Rules

  • Substitutions: Teammate substitutions are free and can be made up until 7 days before the event (T-7).
  • Roster Lock: Rosters are locked at T-7 days. No changes after this point.
  • Safety First: Follow all instructions from event staff. Unsafe behavior will result in disqualification.
  • One Athlete Per Station: Only one athlete from your team can be actively scoring points at any given time. Strategy is key!
  • Teams can swap out their core members freely, but any 3-hour registered substitutes must only be swapped in for their designated block.
  • Individual scoring contributes to personal and team totals.

Bonuses & Recognition

Category Bonus: +3 points for the first 10 points scored in each category (Run, Bike, Row, Ski, Ruck, Strength).

Jack-of-All-Trades Bonus: +10 points if a single athlete scores 10 or more points in every single station.

Overall Recognition: The winning team is recognized for both the most points scored and the most funds raised for their charity.
